If you’re like me and you like to keep all of your music organized, the xPort is the most convenient software to use. This allows you to rebuild your iTunes library from your iPod device. Instead of having to hook up the device or tablet to your hard drive you can do it from the convenience of your actual device. I like this because I don’t enjoy when my music is mixed up and at times when I put songs into my device they are not categorized correctly which makes it difficult to find them.
ITunes also tends to want to reformat a device if you have just recently invested in a new Mac or Pc. With this software you can copy iPod to Mac without having to worry about any reformatting taking place. This is a great device backup because it’s reliable and it was really easy for me to install to begin using. I also like to know that my music is backed up on my computer at all times in case something was to happen to my mp3 device. The software allows me to save them on my computer and save the way that I’d organized them without having to worry about the lost files
xPort allowed me to transfer my play counts as well. After installing the software I was able to copy 25 GB of music off of my iPod to my Mac in less than 60 minutes. I love when I’m able to find convenient software that makes the managing of my media that much easier to deal with. Being able to rebuild iTunes library from my iPod was convenient in the case that I was setting up a music playlist for an event. I set it up quickly without having to connect it to anything.
